Changing Claim's Status to Auto Crossover

  1. On the navigation bar, click Payments and then Payments again.

  2. Click "Create a transaction."

  3. Enter the deposit date, transaction amount, payer, and then the transaction type, number, and date.

  4. If you know the claim number or copied it from the Claim page, enter it in the Claim field and then select the matching claim number.

  5. Make any necessary modifications to the fields on this page.

  6. On the bottom of the page, start typing the name of the crossed over payer in the "Claim information forwarded to" field.

    The claim status will change to "Submitted - Auto crossover."

  7. Click "Post transaction."
